overcrowded restaurantnoisy heating
the restaurant was overcrowded most nights, with staff often prioritizing locals over hotel guests. this was quite frustrating, especially since reception assured us tables would be available for residents. i also found the heating system to be noisy, with a radiator that gurgled incessantly, disturbing my sleep. the noise issues and inconsistent service soured my experience.

The location allowed easy access to the train station.
My room had broken blinds. These did not fit the window properly. I could not enjoy the view during the day. I couldn't get complete darkness at night.
